You can place an order from our online store at any time. Our physical store is open from 7:00 AM to 19:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, and from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM on Sundays.

Once your order has been placed, you can track its status by logging into your account and visiting the 'My Orders' section. You will also receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor the delivery progress.

Our delivery process begins as soon as your order is confirmed. Orders are processed within 24 hours. All orders are dispatched with DPD Next Business Day Delivery, while local orders are dispatched via our own vans. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Yes, all orders are eligible for next-day delivery. If you live in a local postcode, as specified on our Shipping Terms & Conditions page, you will receive same-day delivery, provided by our own vans (T&C's apply).

Our return and refund policy allows you to return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Once the return is processed, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
